      Called them at 2pm & they were at my house by 4pm back in Aug. So they were prompt & got rid of my basketball size hornet nest in a jiffy & their prices were reasonable compared to some other places which were charging double the price. Sprayed 1 day & back the next day to get rid of the nest.. I lost a tree branch but not their fault as this nest was enormous & active right next to my pool....

      Eliminex Termite & Pest only came out twice. The first was for ticks and it was great. It seemed to take care of the tick issue. They were supposed to come again for a monthly visit but I had to call them myself to get them out here. The guy came back on the last day of the month to spray for fleas and ticks but, so far, they're still a problem.

      I've called Eliminex Termite & Pest several times, and each time they responded really quickly. I called them for mice, a squirrel in the chimney and carpenter bees.       I called Eliminex Termite and Pest for the first time when I had black ants. The guy who came said they were probably carpenter ants. He was very nice, and he did a good job! I haven't seen any ants since.

      The specialist came over and inspected my roof and strategically set out live humane traps. There were 2 trapped overnight and he came right away to release them 15 miles away.       We have been using this service for about 15 years. Mr. Benson is very honest and does not sell you what you do not need. I had other companies give me pricing and tell me what a giant problem I had on my hands. They wanted to drill holes in the foundation etc. All for a few ants,crickets etc. Buyer beware.       There is a very nice knowledgeable lady who handles the office calls and really helped me coordinate preparation and scheduling my bed bug service very quickly. This was an emergency and they were very patient with all my questions and concerns on what to expect.       I first called derek last June for all my big carpenter ants running all over my house and came back a 2nd service predicting the activity was so large they Must be coming from a tree nearby. Well just like he said the infested tree was in an empty lot right across the street and he didn't charge any more for the extra service.       Early Spring last year I recommended Derek to a couple of my neighbors not because he asked, but simply put ""Great Service!"" and not only did he take good care of them, but I got notified of his ongoing pest company referral reward promotion I wasn't aware of at the time. I got a choice of discounts off my next service or gift cards. I was so pleased with the thoughtfullness of how this company shows their appreciation. Regardless, I'm basing my future recommendations on their results they provide but I'm not complaining about the extras.
